Downtown BGKY Harvest Fest
You’re invited to join us for the annual Downtown BGKY Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 19 from 11am to 4pm! Find FREE admission to kids’ activities, live music, craft vendors, local food trucks, and more at SoKY Marketplace, Circus Square and Fountain Square – all in Fountain Row.
This is Downtown BGKY’s kickoff to the Fall season with family events like hay forts and inflatables, the BG Trolley and Lil Toot, and the infamous pumpkin drops at Circus Square. Catch a Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) at Fountain Square with help from our Latino community. It’s the close of the farmers market season at SoKY Marketplace, followed by its Croptoberfest into the afternoon and evening.
Discover more of Downtown while exploring Fountain Row – grab an adult beverage to-go from over a dozen local bars and restaurants! Read more: https://www.bgkydowntown.org/fountain-row/

Are there any vender spots still available for this event?
Hello! All vendor spots have been claimed for this event. Mark us down for next year and watch for the event to go live in early summer to get your spot before they’re done. Thank you!
The information says Saturday, October 14 in most places, but that is a Monday this year.
Is that last year’s date?
It is October 19, sorry we forgot to adjust the copy on here from last year’s event.
Telia,
I am not sure who to contact, but I sent in an online form several weeks ago to participate in the festival at Circus Square. I have not heard back from anyone and want to be sure my form was received. My name is Carol Burt and my business is “Nana’s Nest”. I sell a wide variety of wood products that I make here in Bowling Green. Please let me know if I am on your list of vendors. I was interested in this particular festival because I understand that it is under cover, out of rain. My setup is a Covered Wagon trailer–size 5 x 10 feet.
Thank you,
Carol Burt
Hi Carol, SoKY Marketplace is organizing the vendors for this event. We have confirmed that all spots are taken for it. If you did not receive an email from sokymarketplace@gmail.com confirming your participation last week, then unfortunately we are out of space this year.
I am interested in a space at your fall festival please end me a application.
SoKY Marketplace organizes vendors and only accepts local artists and crafters for Downtown Harvest Fest. They have already had sign ups for this year and have a waiting list now. Please fill out their form to be considered for the wait list: https://form.jotform.com/240085477428159
Is this event October 19 or October 14? The date at the top of the page states the 19th, but the graphic and text state the 14th.
It is October 19, sorry we forgot to adjust the copy on here from last year’s event.
I wanted to reach out to ask if I could be a food vendor at this BG festival? I currently sell homemade granola.
Hi, all our vendor spaces are full this year, but thank you for your interest!
